Welcome!  I'd like you to know that you've reached a rather unique site.  One that will help you achieve your goal of buying and selling, buying or selling, investing in real estate, finding a place for your business, or just plain learning a bit about the business of real estate.  I can help you with any one or more of these things.  I've been at it for about 30 years.  I've experienced many market shifts, and can help you determine how to go about reaching your goals through good and uncertain times.

I've been with only Coldwell Banker throughout my real estate career.  I believe in this company, and the tools and resources they provide in order for me to successfully achieve the highest and best outcome per transaction.  That means your happiness matters!  As a Marine, I learned the mission was everything, and my mission in this business has always been to exceed the expectations of my clients.  I don't seek kudos, I'm happy with a handshake and a thank you.

My wife, Cheryl is on the corporate side with Coldwell Banker (39 years), as an Associate Broker and as the Director of Education for Pittsburgh and beyond.  We have one son, Jeffrey II, and he works in Professional Baseball with the Milwaukee Brewers.   Living the dream.  Then, there's Bandit, our Belgian Shepherd-Border Collie mix.  Fantastic dog!
